We ship to all address zones in New Zealand. Our shipping partner is New Zealand Couriers.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
We will carefully pack your leather goods to avoid any danger during shipment.
You may return the items within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Please kindly note that if you want to return your product from a rural address, you will need to drop your package off at the courier depot.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We are happy to exchange clothing and accessories within 7 calendar days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product. We only replace items if they have not been used and damaged.
